Collection order on merch and site is different - why?
- Check if the collection merch end date is passed so the merch order is no longer valid.
- Check if personalization is enabled so different shoppers are looking at different results.
- Make sure smart collection is enabled and implemented on the site - make sure that collections are powered by Fast Simon.
- Check the default order - notice that the merch order works only on the default order.
- If nothing helps, contact support.
