Can't see a new collection that I added on my site
- In Shopify check if the channel “online sale” is selected for this collection.
- In BigCommerce, check that the category is included in the menu:
- Check under collections on Fast Simon Dashboard show/hide if this collection is selected
- Make sure smart collection is enabled and implemented on the site - make sure that collections are powered by Fast Simon.
- If nothing helps, contact support.
