Use the AI explainer tool to check the specific search term and see why this product is showing up. The AI Search & Collection Explainer will give more in-depth information on that specific product or collection and understand why it is showing or being hidden in a search/collection.
Check what fields are being indexed. for example, if the description index is being used - this might bring irrelevant results when searching. We recommend turning this off.
Check additional variants/metafields that are being indexed (under the sync tab) and if they are necessary for your use.
Check if the search term exists under synonyms and see if you have linked it with different terms that brought other unrelated products to show up.
Under advanced configuration check the importance level of each field we index.
