My site is synced with fewer products than it should

Pick any product that is not synced.
Look at that product in Shopify or BigCommerce platform.
Make sure that this product is available for online sale.
Make sure the product is active and not a draft.
Check if the option to hide a product with a specific tag is enabled. If so, check if that tag is included in the product by using the ‘How Fast Simon Sees Your Product’ tool - Shopify only for now.
Check what is the policy for out-of-stock products. Is this an OOS product?
