Products show up with no image

  1. Look at the product in Shopify or Bigcommerce.
  2. Look at the main product image - does it has an image attached to it?
  3. Look at the dashboard settings and see if the featured product image is selected or if the first sellable variant is selected - Shopify only.
  4. If “First sellable variant” is selected, does it have an image attached?5.JPG
  5. If nothing helps, contact support.
