Fast Simon automatically makes category suggestions based on the product categories. Not all categories need to be used. In general, it is best to lead customers directly to products rather than a category.
Smart Collections
Allow Fast Simon to take over site's categories navigation. Checking this will dynamically change the destination your shoppers get to the Fast Simon Search Results page and will allow consistent user experience for navigation and search.
Notice that while shoppers will be using Fast Simon dynamic smart collection pages, all of your Dynamics collection pages and metadata is still there for SEO.
Show/Hide Categories
If you would like to hide a certain category - Uncheck the category that you would like to hide.
This will apply to both AutoComplete and Search Results page.
Filters & Sort
- Set for yourself the filters you want to show in your collection page, their order and sort preference.
- In case you are not editing this, we will present the filters by the number of products per filter type, in a descending order.
Configuration
Set the number of products display per page, and their default sorting order (Best Match, Price High to Low, Price Low to High, Newest Arrival, Customer Rating).
Personalization
- Harness Fast Simon's BigData to present shoppers personal product ranking based on their shopping history, demographics, and personal preferences, to maximize conversions.
- Hide Products – If you have some specific products that you don’t want to be affected by our Personalization algorithm, select those here.
