Analytics Overview
This is a dashboard screen, showing the last 7 days key performance metrics. including:
- Search performance
- Upsell & Cross-Sell performance
- Smart Collections performance
- Search and Collections insights - conversion rate, revenue, and number of conversions
- Personalization contribution - showing how the personalization module contributes to each of your search vehicles: search, smart collection, and upsell & cross-sell.
- Top search queries
- Top viewed collections
- Traffic by device
- Filters usage in search
- Filters usage in collections
Analytics Traffic
- Traffic Type – the number of search and collection views by device type
- 30-Days Search Revenues - revenues generated in user sessions with searches.
- Top Search Queries - the most popular search queries.
- Top Search with no Results - search queries that didn’t have any product matching.
- Did You Mean Search - searches where customers had a typo correction and selected the "did you mean" suggestion on the search page.
Analytics Real-time
Get real-time data on your shoppers' activity on your site.
Search, smart collections, product recommendations, and autocomplete activity on your site, shown in real-time on a world map.
Analytics Search: Autocomplete
Time Range - at the upper right hand side, enables control of the time range for the chart.
Product Suggests - searches where customers selected one of the product suggestions in the drop down, leading them directly to the product page. A high percentage of Product Suggests is an indicator that customers find what they are looking for quickly.
Suggested Value - Multiply end-users selection by product price.
Category Suggests - searches where customers selected one of the category suggestions in the drop down, leading them directly to the category page.
Searches Suggests - searches where customers selected a popular search query from the drop-down popular term suggestions. A high percentage of Search Suggestions indicates that customers find the query they meant to type, being reassured of their choice.
Analytics Search: All Queries and Search Queries with No Results
These two pages show a chart with all the search queries and search queries with no results, respectively. The list of queries without results gives site owners a good indication of the products people are interested in but are not available in the store's stock.
Analytics Search: Did You Mean Queries
This report shows a list of the search queries with “Did You Mean” and the number of times customers selected the “Did You Mean” option.
Analytics Search: Products
The Top Products Viewed through Search page shows a list of products selected from the drop down or from the search page, leading them directly to the product page.
Analytics Search: Filters
The data gathered here allows shop owners to see exactly how buyers narrow their searches, per filter titles and specific filter values.
Users of the Enterprise plan can see the data by device type (All/Desktop/Mobile/Tablet), and a selected time frame, right from the top bar.
The report is divided in two sections:
1. "Filters Summary" - General data of how many times each filter title (Color, Brand, Price..) had been used, and the percentage of its usage compared to other filters (omitting filters that hadn't been used even once, per the selected device and time period).
2. "Filter-Values Breakdown" - Gives a vivid, detailed breakdown of filter values and how many times each had been used.

The data gathered here allows shop owners to see exactly how buyers narrow their searches, per filter titles and specific filter values within the Smart Collections.
