Overview
If your Site Search shows “No results” or appears empty, it usually means your Wix store catalog hasn’t fully synced or is blocked from being crawled.
Common reasons
- Site not yet published
- Go to your Wix Editor → click Publish.
- Site hidden from search engines
- Dashboard → Settings → SEO → uncheck Hide this site from search engines.
- Site password-protected
- Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → turn off Password protection.
- Catalog sync still running
- Open the Fast Simon app → Sync tab and verify the process is complete.
- Products recently added or edited
- New items may take up to 30–60 minutes to appear after syncing.
Quick Fix
- Verify the three Wix settings above.
- In the Fast Simon app, click Re-Sync.
- Wait for the banner “Sync completed.”
- Refresh your search page in a private window.
If results are still missing after 2 hours, contact support with your site URL and screenshot.
