Product not showing in search or collections (PLP): checklist
- Is Fast Simon powering the page? Confirm the search/collection page uses Fast Simon.
- Sync Options > Exclusions: make sure the product isnt excluded by tag or metafield.
- Sync Options > Shopify Locations: if specific Locations are selected, ensure the product belongs to them.
- Description sync: consider turning it off (it rarely improves relevance for shopper queries).
- Merchandising: check its not hidden/buried by visual curation or rules.
- Best Match sort: ranking can push items down; use AI Explainer to view per-product signals.
- Uninstall gap: if changes occurred while the app was uninstalled, use Settings > Sync now.
